West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has revealed that there is "no chance" of striker Andy Carroll returning to first-team action within the next two weeks.
The former Liverpool forward, who permanently signed for the Hammers in the summer for a reported £15m, has not featured at all this season due to a heel injury.
"There's no chance because he's only training on his own at the moment," BBC Sport quotes Allardyce as saying. "We take things on Andy's say so as well as the specialists. He's got no chance of playing in the next two weeks."
The Hammers are preparing to take on Sunderland this Saturday.
