A report claims that Fulham are keen to snatch Ivory Coast striker Wilfried Bony from the clutches of West Ham United.

Fulham are reportedly ready to mount a challenge to West Ham United for the services of Wilfried Bony.

Over the weekend, speculation had claimed that the Hammers were prepared to break their transfer record in order to land the Ivory Coast international during the summer transfer window.

However, they could now face competition from London rivals Fulham, who are prepared to match their £12m bid for the Vitesse Arnhem striker, according to the London Evening Standard.

The report went on to suggest that Arnhem are hoping that the battle between the two Premier League clubs could drive the transfer fee up to £15m.
