Wales skipper Ryan Jones is expected to be out of action for "six to eight weeks", according to Wales assistant coach Robin McBryde.
The 31-year-old suffered a shoulder injury in Wales's 28-18 win over Scotland at the weekend, meaning that he will miss the Six Nations title decider with England on Saturday.
"It looks as though he will be out for six to eight weeks," McBryde told BBC Sport.
"He has broken a bone in his shoulder and he is now under the management of the Ospreys."
Wales will lift the Six Nations title if they beat England by at least eight points.
