AC Milan's Zlatan Ibrahimovic has said that his side are "the stronger team" in the race for the Serie A title.
The Swedish international was on target in the Italian champions' 2-0 away victory over Cagliari on Tuesday that saw them move to the top of the table.
The Rossoneri are one point ahead of Juventus who play Udinese on Wednesday, but Ibrahimovic is confident that his side will overtake the Turin side eventually.
"We'll see what happens tomorrow but we played our part," the 30-year-old told the club's official site.
"Now we have a break and when we get back we'll do what we've done up until now.
"We have to concentrate on ourselves, if we do what we know we can, we'll go far. We're the stronger team and if we don't slip up, the sky's the limit."
Milan next play a Serie A game on January 8 against Atlanta.
