Jernade Meade has said that he is looking to sign for a club where he can win a place on the first team following his release from Arsenal.
The Gunners chose not to offer the defender, who joined the club as an 11-year-old, a new contract.
The 20-year-old told Sky Sports News: "This is where my career starts so I can't wait to just be part of a first team set-up. Wherever I go, I'm looking to play first-team football.
"I have always been at home, but I can't wait to move out. That's when you become a man and look after yourself.
"Playing in the Champions League and in the Carling Cup, I thought 'Yeah, I could get used to this, this is where I'm meant to be'."
Meade made just two senior appearances for Arsenal.
