Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal's new signings will come good with time.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that his attack will come good after he watched them draw at Stoke City.

The Gunners failed to break down the Potters' resolute defence as they drew 0-0 in the Premier League for the second game in a row.

Wenger has brought in Lukas Podolski, Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla so far this summer to offset the loss of last season's top scorer Robin van Persie, and the Frenchman is convinced that his new trio will come good with time.

"We lack a little bit of oil in our engine in the final third," Wenger said. "What looks completely natural when you are at your best is still not there and we have to work on that.

"[We can get that working] by practising how we want to move and on the quality of the final ball. Today we had Giroud, Podolski and Cazorla together up front.

"One month ago they didn't know each other. It is the department where we have the most new players and you could see that."

Arsenal travel to Anfield to face Liverpool in their next game on Sunday.
