Team News: John Flanagan starts for Liverpool for Arsenal trip

John Flanagan replaces Glen Johnson for Liverpool's trip to Arsenal in the Premier League this evening.

Glen Johnson has been replaced by John Flanagan for Liverpool's trip to Arsenal this evening.

The England international travelled with the squad, but has succumbed to illness ahead of the top-of-the-table clash at the Emirates.

Philippe Coutinho is yet to make his return to the starting lineup, following the shoulder injury he picked up against Swansea City on September 16. The Brazilian midfielder takes a place amongst the substitutes.

Arsenal have made seven changes to the side that was knocked out the League Cup by Chelsea in midweek, and Jack Wilshere is missing with an ankle injury.

You can catch live commentary of this evening's game here.
