Arsenal could move for Fiorentina midfielder Riccardo Montolivo at the end of the season.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could reportedly move for Fiorentina midfielder Riccardo Montolivo at the end of the season.

Wenger sent scouts to watch the 27-year-old in action during Fiorentina's 2-2 draw with Genoa at the weekend, according to The Sun, where the playmaker scored his side's opening goal.

The Italian international has scored one goal in 32 international caps, and has been with Fiorentina since 2005.

Arsenal travel to Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League on Saturday.
