Preview: Aston Villa vs. Sunderland

Sports Mole previews Saturday's Premier League clash between Aston Villa and Sunderland.

Sunderland will be hoping to record their first away win in the Premier League this season when they travel to Aston Villa on Saturday.

The Black Cats, who currently prop up the division, have lost their last five league fixtures away from home.

Aston Villa have won one and drawn two of their last three league games, including Monday's 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion.

Sunderland come into the match off the back of their 2-0 defeat at Stoke City last weekend.

Villa boss Paul Lambert has no new injury concerns and could name the same side that drew at West Brom.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet will have Andrea Dossena and Lee Cattermole available for selection after the pair served their three-game suspensions.

Wes Brown will also be available for the visitors after the red card that he picked up at Stoke was rescinded following an appeal.
