Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar asks his French club to make a move for Barcelona forward Luis Suarez this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar has reportedly asked his French club to make a move for Barcelona forward Luis Suarez in this summer's transfer window.

Neymar played alongside Suarez at Barcelona before the Brazilian moved to PSG ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, but according to Sport, he now wants to stay in Paris, and has urged the French champions to bring Suarez to the club.

Both Neymar and Suarez saw their 2018 World Cups end in the quarter-finals of the competition, with Brazil losing to Belgium while Uruguay bowed out of the competition to France.

Neymar scored 28 times in 30 appearances for PSG in all competitions last term, while Suarez helped fire Barcelona to last season's La Liga title with 25 goals in Spain's top flight.
