La Liga chief Javier Tebas has dismissed reports that Barcelona are attempting to sign either Neymar or Lautaro Martinez.
With the Catalan giants known to be in the market for a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez, the Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan forwards have been suggested as possible additions during the next transfer window.
However, speaking during a digital forum organised by the Aragon Association of Directors and Executives, Tebas insisted that the Catalan giants are currently not considering an approach for the pair.
Tebas said: "It's not true that Barça are currently in negotiation processes in the signing of these two players. They are more focused on when the season can resume as opposed to new acquisitions.
"There will be swap deals in the short term future but transfers are not high on the priority of European clubs at present. They want to limit the damage caused by the halt in activity but everything is still on hold.
"No Neymar nor Lautaro, these names are not high on the priority list at present for Barça."
Martinez is said to have a release clause in the region of £96m, while Neymar would cost well in excess of £100m.
