Blackburn Rovers will offer Gary Bowyer the opportunity to take charge of the club on a permanent basis, according to reports.
Bowyer guided the Ewood Park outfit to survival during the final week of the Championship season after replacing Michael Appleton.
Rovers have yet to confirm who will lead the club's promotion bid next season, but according to Sky Sports News, Bowyer will be offered the chance to improve the Lancashire side's fortunes.
The 41-year-old also took charge after the dismissal of previous boss Henning Berg, winning three of his four matches.
