Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has described his side's performance against Fulham this afternoon as "excellent".
Visiting Rovers claimed a point from their trip to Craven Cottage, after seeing Ruben Rochina's first half opener cancelled out by Fulham's Bobby Zamora before the break.
After the match Kean declared himself happy with the result, and his team's display.
"We felt after we got our noses in front that if we could have took the lead into half-time we could have won the game," Kean told Sky Sports News.
"We dealt with the threat of Damien Duff and Clinton Dempsey really well. I thought we were excellent.
"We've got great spirit and great togetherness. We didn't sit back and defend. We started players like David Goodwillie, Ruben Rochina, Mauro Formica and Junior Hoilett who can open up any defence."
The draw has handed Rovers their first point of the season.
