Blackburn Rovers boss Gary Bowyer has revealed that he hopes to sign 'a couple of more players' before the transfer window shuts.
Rovers got their Championship campaign off to a positive start on Friday night with a 1-1 draw at home to promotion rivals Cardiff City.
However, having brought in just three players so far this summer, Bowyer is keen to boost his squad even more in the coming weeks.
"Beg, borrow or steal, we will see if we can add a couple," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "I will have a conversation with the people above me, but I understand we do have to comply with Financial Fair Play."
Blackburn begin their League Cup campaign on Tuesday when they host Scunthorpe United in the opening round of the competition.
