Bolton Wanderers: Andy Lonergan, Tim Ream avoid serious injuries

Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon reveals that Andy Lonergan and Tim Ream avoided serious injuries despite being stretchered off against Nottingham Forest.

Bolton Wanderers duo Andy Lonergan and Tim Ream have avoided serious injuries and should be fit in time for the weekend.

Both players had to be stretchered off the pitch during Saturday's 4-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest, with goalkeeper Lonergan kept in hospital through the night.

Trotters boss Neil Lennon today confirmed that the pair would miss tomorrow night's trip to Middlesbrough, but that they should be fit to return against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

Bolton have lost three of their last four games to drop to 18th in the Championship and sit just six points clear of the drop zone.
