Wolfgang Niersbach: "No justice in football"

DFB president Wolfgang Niersbach believes there is "no justice in football" after Chelsea win the Champions League.

DFB president Wolfgang Niersbach has said that there is "no justice in football" after Chelsea overcame the odds to win the Champions League final last night.

Bayern Munich dominated the Blues in most major statistical categories, but Didier Drogba's late goal handed the London club a lifeline before they came from behind to beat the Bundesliga outfit on penalties.

"There's no justice in football," Niersbach told the club's official website.

"What's happened here is unbelievable. I'm still speechless after this match. How are we supposed to look to the future? We look back instead, and it hurts."

The Bavarians finished as runners-up in the German league and were beaten in the final of the DFB Pokal.
