Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Sheffield United

Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League showdown with Sheffield United.

Chelsea face a second successive promoted team after beating Norwich City 3-2 to register their first win of the season last time out.

Frank Lampard will no doubt have relished the taste of his first victory as a Premier League manager and will hope to make it two wins in a row against Sheffield United.

The Blades were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City last time out but drew their first league game against Bournemouth and beat Crystal Palace in their second fixture.

Chris Wilder's side actually sit above Chelsea in ninth on goal difference in the fledgling table and will hope to produce a shock at Stamford Bridge.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest injury and suspension news for Lampard's side as they host the Blades.

The niggling ankle injury Kante has been dealing with since the start of the season caused him too much pain to play against Norwich and it remains to be seen if he recovers in time to feature at Stamford Bridge this weekend.
