Good afternoon! Jose Mourinho is due to speak to the media shortly ahead of his side's match against Sunderland in the Premier League this weekend, where they will be looking to continue their unbeaten start to the season.

The Blues should come into this match full of confidence, having thrashed Schalke in the Champions League in midweek, securing their place in the knockout stages. Mourinho named a strong side for that match, so might consider resting some of his regulars for this outing. Hopefully he'll give some indications about his side this afternoon.

Here's Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill taking a slightly alternative approach to their preparations for this match:

The visitors will be taking the league's second highest goalscorer with them. Diego Costa has netted 11 times in the league this season, including one hat-trick and a brace.

You'll be able to follow live coverage from this match with Sports Mole from an hour before kickoff tomorrow, as well as plenty of post-match reaction.

Right then, Mourinho is ready to go...

Mourinho starts by revealing that everyone except Nathan Ake is fit for the trip, and that he won't be rotating his side: "For us every competition is important so we don't rest players and we try to play with our best team."

Fabregas recently said that he is currently playing the best football of his career, which pleases his manager: "If Cesc Fabregas says he is playing the best football of his career that means something. You can see it in his body language."

Mourinho insists that he is happy with every player in his squad this season: "My untouchables are the ones who aren't playing, they are responsible for what we are doing. They are all ready to help. Every player in my squad is fantastic and I'm so happy with all of them. The only risk we don't have is complacency."

The manager particularly singles out Eden Hazard for praise: "We were winning 5-0 against Schalke and in the 88th minute Eden Hazard made a big sprint to defend."

Mourinho is asked about his reaction following the Champions League win earlier this week, and he insists: "I have enough experience not to be over the moon when we win or in hell when we lose. We've improved where we can without worrying about other factors and other teams."

With the transfer window nearing, Chelsea have been linked to Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi. Mourinho dismisses the rumours: "Your world has changed so much that our world has changed. It's so easy to have untruths circulating. Some people put news without confirming. Speak about rumours like true. It's obviously not true."

Mourinho believes that his side's form is all down to the players' hard work: "It's their responsibility. We can put everything at their disposal. We're here all day if they want to be."

That's it from Mourinho today, so make sure you're back here tomorrow to find out if Chelsea can maintain their unbeaten run. Until then, thanks for joining me this afternoon, goodbye.
