Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech expresses his happiness at the way have his side have played so far this season.

Petr Cech has admitted that he has been impressed with the way that Chelsea have begun the new Premier League season.

The Blues currently hold a four-point lead at the top of the Premier League table and have taken maximum points from trips to London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

With Manchester United next up at Stamford Bridge, goalkeeper Cech has revealed that the Chelsea squad are full of confidence.

"We have made many good starts in the time I have been here but we started slowly the first two games this season. We seem to get better as the team gets to know each other," Cech told the club's official website.

"Now we have played two tough away games at Arsenal and Spurs and we got six points which is a huge advantage, but now we await the game against Manchester United at home because that will be a another big test."

30-year-old Cech joined Chelsea in 2004 from Rennes.
