Eden Hazard: 'We want to finish on a good note'

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard says that the team are looking to finish the season on a "good note".

Eden Hazard has said that Chelsea want to finish their Premier League season on a "good note" when they take on Cardiff City on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho's side are unable to win the title, but could still finish above Liverpool if they beat their already-relegated opponents.

The midfielder told the team's website: "It's the last game at home for them and they will want to win it for their fans. For us it's the same. We want to win for our fans and we want to end the season on a good note.

"I want to finish the season with three points with Chelsea and then I can start thinking about the World Cup."

Chelsea have won just once in their last three matches in all competitions.
