Jose Mourinho says that he could return to manage Chelsea in the future.

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he will not rule out a return to Chelsea in the future.

The Portuguese boss has long been linked with a move back to Stamford Bridge since leaving the Blues in 2007 after winning six major trophies in three years in England.

Despite continually pledging his commitment to the La Liga champions, Mourinho will not reject any chance of a move back to the Premier League.

"I cannot deny that, despite this [awful] weather, I love it here [in England], and as I said I have a house and I have big emotional connections with Chelsea and one day I think naturally I will have to be back to English football, or to Chelsea or to another club," Mourinho told Sky Sports News.

"Of course, Chelsea means to me differently than other clubs. Chelsea is in my heart as Inter is for example.

"One day I have to be back but again it is normal that I am in London. The same way I walk in my home city in Portugal, people see that as normal and this is normal, the same thing is normal when I am in London."

Mourinho took charge of Inter Milan after leaving Chelsea before taking up his current position at Real Madrid.
