Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has suggested that reported transfer target Radamel Falcao would be a "very good player" for the club.
Falcao endured a tough time during his first spell in the Premier League while on loan at Manchester United last season, but that has not seemed to hamper interest in the AS Monaco frontman from Blues manager Jose Mourinho.
Some reports claim that the Colombia international is in talks over a proposed move to Stamford Bridge.
"I don't know anything about [a transfer], but of course I know Falcao very well," said Courtois of his former Atletico Madrid teammate, according to the Daily Mail.
"He's a very good boy, he's a good friend of mine, so if he comes, great.
"That's the decision of the club. But he would be a very good player for Chelsea."
The Blues claimed the Premier League title last campaign with a total of 87 points.
