West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has allegedly agreed a five-year contract with Chelsea.
The Hammers have remained consistent with their stance that Rice, who is tied to the London Stadium until 2024, is not for sale this summer.
However, speculation regarding a switch to Chelsea refuses to go away, despite the Blues having some way to go to meet West Ham's £80m valuation.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, the 21-year-old has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a potential switch.
Schira claims that the East London outfit have rejected an offer of £45m plus add-ons from their city rivals in recent weeks.
The reports come at a time when West Ham are being linked with a number of Chelsea players, including Emerson Palmieri, Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
