Al-Nassr have reportedly ended their pursuit of Brighton & Hove Albion attacker Kaoru Mitoma.
The 27-year-old has enjoyed a productive campaign for the Seagulls in the top flight, scoring five goals and providing three assists across 23 Premier League appearances.
The Japan international found the net at Old Trafford on January 19, when Brighton secured another success over Manchester United at the Theatre of Dreams.
Since making the switch from his homeland during the summer of 2021, Mitoma has featured on 92 occasions for the Seagulls, scoring 18 times.
As mentioned, the winger is a key part of his international side, earning 26 caps for Japan since collecting his debut for the country in 2021.
According to BBC Sport, Mitoma is set to remain on the South Coast with Brighton for the remainder of the campaign, despite interest from Saudi Arabia.
The report claims that Al-Nassr have given up their efforts to sign the 27-year-old, who supposedly has no intention of changing clubs this month.
It is understood that the Saudi Pro League outfit have recently seen a £54m bid for Mitoma rejected, with the Seagulls making it clear that the player is not for sale during the winter window.

Palace to receive centre-back boost from Italy?
Elsewhere in the Premier League, Crystal Palace are heading towards somewhat of a centre-back crisis during the closing stages of the winter window.
Following a number of injuries and Trevoh Chalobah's return to Chelsea, the Eagles have been left with three fit senior centre-backs.
As a result, Oliver Glasner's men are targeting the signing of at least one new defender before the window slams shut at 11pm on February 3.
As per the Daily Mail, Palace are keen on securing the services of Juventus enforcer Tiago Djalo, who is currently on loan at Porto in Portugal.
The 24-year-old has barely featured for the Primeira Liga giants this season, totalling just 381 minutes of top-flight action for his temporary employers.
It is understood that Djalo will be recalled to Turin imminently in order for Juve and Palace to finalise a deal for the transfer of the player to Selhurst Park.
The former Lille centre-back is set to join the likes of Maxence Lacroix and England international Marc Guehi in the centre-back trio for Glasner's troops.

Chelsea youngster to complete Championship loan?
Also set to see a loan move cut short, Chelsea youngster Caleb Wiley is reportedly preparing for a new challenge during the second half of the campaign.
According to the Daily Mail, the American will leave Strasbourg before the end of the window, with the youngster playing just six times in Ligue 1 for the French outfit.
Such a move will free Wiley to find regular gametime elsewhere, with Championship side Watford set to sign the left-back on loan for the rest of the 2024-25 term.
The defender is yet to make a first-team appearance for Chelsea since his move from MLS side Atlanta United during the summer window of 2024.
Wiley will be jumping into a Championship playoff race at Vicarage Road, with Tom Cleverley's men currently three points behind sixth-placed Middlesbrough.
