West Ham United chase Christian Atsu loan deal?

West Ham United are reportedly interested in securing a season-long loan deal for Chelsea winger Christian Atsu.

Chelsea winger Christian Atsu could reportedly find himself the subject of a loan bid from West Ham United.

The Blues signed Atsu from Porto last summer before they immediately loaned him out to Vitesse Arnhem, where he scored five goals in 30 appearances.

According to Sky Sports News, with Atsu likely to find himself loaned out for the upcoming campaign, West Ham look primed to try to gain a head start over their rivals by approaching the Stamford Bridge outfit regarding his signature.

West Ham's interest is expected to spark that of several clubs who are keen to sign the 22-year-old after he featured in all three of Ghana's fixtures at the World Cup finals in Brazil.
