Coventry City have announced that midfielder Billy Daniels has signed a fresh two-and-a-half-year contract with the club.
The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him with the Sky Blues until 2016.
Coventry boss Steven Pressley has admitted that he is delighted to secure the services of Daniels.
"Billy had an incredible start to his season which was great for him because his work ethic deserves success," Pressley told the club's official website.
"He works tirelessly for his team mates and we think very highly of him here. It's an exciting period for the club because we have a number of good young players coming through our ranks which is want you want to see.
"Billy has great determination and we have great belief that he will excel here and I for one am looking forward to seeing that happen for the boy."
Daniels has scored three goals in 14 appearances for the League One club.
