Kevin Lisbie and Robbie Simpson will lead the line for Leyton Orient in this afternoon's trip to Crewe Alexandra in League One.

Lisbie makes his 24th league appearance of the campaign for the visitors, while Simpson - who is yet to score this season - continues to deputise in the absence of David Mooney, who remains sidelined with a foot injury.

Meanwhile, teenager Uche Ikpeazu will start on the bench for Crewe after signing for the Railway Men on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
