Paul Dickov disappointed not to get point

Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov says that he was disappointed his side did not earn a point in their 1-0 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov has said that he was disappointed that his side did not earn a point in their 1-0 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

Billy Sharp was sent off late on for Doncaster after Leonardo Ulloa had given Brighton the lead.

Dickov told reporters: "I thought we were worth a point with our second half performance. We defended well throughout"

"Billy [Sharp] is desperate to score goals for this club. Maybe his frustration showed."

Doncaster welcome Barnsley in their next league game on Saturday.
