Paul Dickov praises Doncaster Rovers 'solidity'

Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov hails his side's defending as they draw at home to Middlesbrough.

Doncaster Rovers boss Paul Dickov believes that his side's draw with Middlesbrough in the Championship was well-earned.

Both teams had chances to win the game only to settle for a point each, but Dickov is happy with the improved defensive displays from the Yorkshire outfit.

He told reporters: "We're looking more and more solid at the back. Three clean sheets in four games is great"

"The conditions were hard and it was a well-earned point. When you look at the form Boro are on, to keep this mini run going is pleasing."

Rovers remain 19th in the Championship table.
