Didier Deschamps: 'Zinedine Zidane could be France manager'

Didier Deschamps says that Zinedine Zidane has the qualities to be the next manager of France.

Didier Deschamps believes that Zinedine Zidane could be the next manager of France.

Deschamps has a contract with the national side until 2016, but is unsure of what will happen after that.

Zidane is currently assistant manager at Real Madrid, and Deschamps says that he is a possible candidate for Les Bleus.

"It's possible. Why not? He has graduated, he wants to be in this place, so why not," Deschamps is quoted as saying by Europe1. "After 2016, I don't know what I'll do."

France are in Group E of the 2014 World Cup, alongside Switzerland, Ecuador and Honduras.
