Joachim Low: We must put pressure on Spain

Germany manager Joachim Low believes that Spain are not invincible but it will be "complicated" for teams to beat them if they allow the Euro holders to run riot.

Germany boss Joachim Low believes that Spain can be overcome as long as teams stop the prolific side from keeping the ball.

The current European holders are favourites to retain their trophy but Low is confident that Spain can be beaten in this month's tournament in Poland and Ukraine.

"We do not have an anti-Spain plan," DPA quotes Low as saying. "If you want to cause Spain problems, you will have to do so by playing football. You have to pressure them, and enjoy the majority of possession.

"If you cannot do that, and Spain do not have a bad day at the office and do not take their chances, beating them is going to be very complicated."

Germany will come up against the Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark in the group stage of the competition.
