Germany boss Joachim Low feels that his side put in a solid performance in their 3-0 win over Kazakhstan.
Goals from Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mario Gotze and Thomas Muller were enough to secure the victory for Low's side.
"It was our duty to win here, of course, and I think it was all over at half time," Low said on ZDF.
"We led 2-0 and took the pace out of the game and that is why there was less rhythm in the game in the second half, but we only came here to win and we did that."
Germany are top of Group C in their World Cup qualifying campaign and are five points clear of Sweden in second place.
