Jordon Forster pens new Hibernian deal

Hibernian defender Jordon Forster is one of five youngsters to sign new one-year deals with the club.

Hibernian defender Jordon Forster has signed a new one-year deal with the Scottish Premier League club.

David Gold, Paul Grant, Dean Horribine and Euan Smith have also penned 12-month extensions at Easter Road.

"The past couple of months has been absolutely unbelievable for me and I can't wait to kick on and progress even further next season," Forster told the club's official website.

"It just goes to show that if you work hard then you do get your rewards - I went from being a long way from a first-team start to playing in an Edinburgh derby and a Scottish Cup final."

Forster made a total of four appearances for Hibs last season after spending the majority of the campaign on loan at Second Division outfit East Fife.
