Sports Mole previews this weekend's Championship clash between Ipswich Town and Millwall.

Mick McCarthy's resurgent Ipswich Town host in-form Millwall on Saturday in a game neither team wants to lose for different reasons.

A win for the hosts will put some breathing space between them and the relegation zone, while Kenny Jackett's side are in touching distance of the playoffs.

Darius Henderson, James Henry and Liam Trotter are all back in training for Millwall, and could be pushing for places in the squad.

McCarthy, who has led his side to 10 points from six games since he took charge of the club last month, has no fresh injury concerns going to the game.

Sports Mole says: 1-1
