Juventus edge closer to retaining their Serie A crown with a 1-0 home win against AC Milan.

Juventus have edged closer to successfully defending their Serie A title with a 1-0 victory at home to AC Milan.

The win has seen Antonio Conte's side open up an 11-point gap over second-placed Napoli with five games left to play.

Following a quiet first half, the hosts took the lead on the hour through Arturo Vidal's penalty after Marco Amelia had brought down Kwadwo Asamoah.

While Juve now look certain to retain their crown, the defeat has seen Milan stay in third place in the table.
