The 20-year-old, who trained with non-league club Peckham United last month, has been touted as a potential hot prospect for a number of clubs in England.
It is understood that the playmaker has been taken on trial at Elland Road after impressing manager Neil Warnock and the club's coaching staff, according to Sky Sports News.
Gomez's previous experience has been at lower league level in France.
