Daniel Sturridge has said that he is expecting that the 2014-15 Premier League season will be a "big year" for Liverpool.
The striker scored 24 goals for Brendan Rodgers's side last season, which saw the Reds finish just behind champions Manchester City in the league table.
The England international told the Jamaica Observer: "It is a great feeling, it is a lot of people's dream to be playing for a club like Liverpool, and so I am living my dream and I am thankful for everything that has come my way.
"I am looking forward to the future, as I said before, it is going to be a big deal for me and I am really excited. We missed out on winning the league last season which is kind of hurtful, but we are moving on now and we are looking forward to next season.
"We are looking forward to a big year, it is going to be a big season and we can't wait to go on as it is going to be amazing."
