Andy Carroll has passed a medical ahead of his proposed move to West Ham United.
The Hammers have reportedly agreed a £15m fee for the striker, who spent last season at Upton Park on loan from Liverpool.
West Ham chairman David Gold tweeted: "We managed to bring Andy's medical forward and I am delighted to informed you that he has passed with flying colours."
Liverpool bought Carroll from Newcastle United in 2011 for £35m, a record fee for a British player.
