Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur chase Carlos Bacca?

Premier League duo Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool will battle it out for the signature of Sevilla's Carlos Bacca, according to reports.

Liverpool have joined Tottenham Hotspur in the pursuit of Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca, according to reports.

The 28-year-old, who has scored 21 goals in all competitions this season, is thought to be available for a fee of around £18m.

With Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers keen to add a striker to his squad, the Reds are poised to make an approach for Bacca, reports The Metro.

However, Rodgers will face competition from Tottenham Hotspur, who consider Bacca as a potential replacement for the underperforming Roberto Soldado.

Bacca, who joined the Spanish side from Club Brugge in 2013, is also a Colombian international, with seven goals in 17 games for his country.
