Maxime Gonalons's agent has insisted that the Lyon midfielder is not planning to join Monaco at the end of the season.
The French club's captain has been linked with a move to Arsenal this summer, with the Gunners reportedly willing to pay £10m for the 24-year-old.
"There's never been any official contact or an unofficial contact on the subject of this potential destination," Frederic Guerra told RMC Radio. "Not from OL, nor from Monaco."
Gonalons developed at Lyon's youth academy and has been part of the first team since 2009.
