Manchester City's Pablo Zabaleta: 'Title race is in our hands'

Manchester City's Pablo Zabaleta says that everything is in the club's hands as they fight for the Premier League title.

Manchester City full-back Pablo Zabaleta has suggested that the Premier League title is the club's to lose as they reach the final stretch of the campaign.

City will have to fight off Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal for the elite trophy, but the North-West outfit have games in hand over their opponents.

"We need to try to win every game, but everything is in our hands," the Belfast Telegraph quotes Zabaleta as saying. "We don't have an excuse now.

"We only have Premier League games and we have time to recover well between the games. We know it is going to be very tough until the end, but we have a great team - we have enough belief to win this title."

City are currently third in the table, six points behind leaders Chelsea with three games in hand.
