AC Milan, Schalke 04 prepare Nastasic bids?

Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic could be on his way out of the club, with AC Milan and Schalke 04 reportedly preparing January bids for the player.

Both AC Milan and Schalke 04 could look to make January transfer bids for Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic, according to a report in the press.

The centre-back has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad following the purchase of Eliaquim Mangala, despite originally signing for the club on a five-year deal for a fee in the region of £12m back in 2012.

It is thought that the Italian and German clubs are the main frontrunners in the race to land the young defender, with The Express suggesting that his services could be acquired for around £10m.

Nastasic has featured only once this season for City in a competitive game and that came in a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal.
