Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer rumours, including Liam Delap's Manchester City future, Wojciech Szczesny to Al-Nassr and Clinton Nsiala to Rangers.

Manchester City have reportedly decided to do away with young striker Liam Delap in the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old is back at the Etihad following a productive loan spell with Hull City, whom he registered eight goals and two assists for in 31 Championship matches in 2023-24.

Delap missed a few months of action with a serious knee injury, though, and his efforts were ultimately not enough to help the Tigers secure a top-six finish.

The England Under-21 international is contracted to the Premier League champions until 2026, but according to The Sun, City are prepared to sell him to a Premier League rival this summer.

As Delap is a home-grown player, City are particularly keen to offload him for Financial Fair Play reasons and will apparently demand £10m to let him depart in the coming weeks.

However, the Citizens could supposedly try to insert a buy-back clause into any deal for the striker, who has scored once in six appearances for Pep Guardiola's side.

Over in Italy, Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is supposedly in advanced talks to join Saudi Pro League giants Al-Nassr.

The former Arsenal goalkeeper made a name for himself in Serie A after leaving the Gunners and also established himself as Poland's number one, but his contract runs out next summer.

With no extension in the pipeline, Szczesny has been tipped to leave Turin in the summer transfer window and was briefly linked with a shock return to the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur.

Such a move unsurprisingly did not materialise, and according to Fabrizio Romano, the 34-year-old is now discussing a switch to Al-Nassr, where Cristiano Ronaldo, Aymeric Laporte, Sadio Mane and Marcelo Brozovic ply their trade.

Szczesny's switch to Saudi Arabia could see him take over from another ex-Arsenal goalkeeper, as 35-year-old David Ospina is due to become a free agent at the end of the month.

Juve have already lined up an €18m (£15.2m) deal to sign Monza's Michele Di Gregorio as Szczesny's replacement, despite claims that Liverpool tried to hijack their move for the Italian.

Back in the UK, Sheffield United have apparently shown an interest in signing unwanted Nottingham Forest defender Joe Worrall this summer.

The 27-year-old is set to arrive back at the City Ground following a loan spell with Turkish giants Besiktas in the second half of the 2023-24 season, where he made nine appearances and scored once.

Besiktas are not expected to exercise their right to sign Worrall permanently, though, and even though he is still contracted to Forest for another two seasons, he has been deemed surplus to requirements.

According to Football Insider, relegated Sheffield United have taken an interest in signing the former England Under-21 international, who should be one of several players sold by the Tricky Trees this summer.

A fee of £4m would supposedly be enough to capture Worrall, who has scored five goals and set up six more in 226 appearances for Nottingham Forest since coming through their youth system.

Finally, newly-promoted Premier League outfit Ipswich Town are reportedly considering a swoop for Brighton & Hove Albion shot-stopper Carl Rushworth.

The 22-year-old is another player to have spent time away from his parent club on loan last year, playing in all 46 Championship games for Swansea City and keeping nine clean sheets.

Rushworth only extended his contract at the Amex Stadium until 2027 last year, but he is behind Bart Verbruggen and Jason Steele in the Seagulls' pecking order.

As a result, The Sun claims that Ipswich are weighing up an approach for the Englishman, whom they would be happy to either sign permanently or on loan.

However, the Tractor Boys must fend off the attention of Swansea to get their man, as the Championship giants are supposedly determined to keep hold of the goalkeeper for 2024-25.

Rushworth has never made a senior appearance for the Seagulls, but he has also earned his EFL stars on loan with Lincoln City and Walsall.
