Ajax have ruled out letting any more major players leave the club this summer.
The Dutch champions have seen a number of key players leave this summer, including Lisandro Martinez who recently joined his former manager Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
As well as seeing Martinez leave, Noussair Mazraoui and Ryan Gravenberch have made the move to German champions Bayern Munich, while Sebastien Haller and Nicolas Tagliafico have signed for Borussia Dortmund and Lyon respectively.
Antony has also been linked with a move to Man United this summer, however, Ajax sporting director Gerry Hamstra has ruled out any more departures.
Hamstra told reporters: "I know some of our players are still targeted and they are trying to pull them away.
"But we are keeping the squad we have left. Nobody is going anywhere now. We have made it clear to the players, we have had big talks with the players who have a strong desire to leave the club at this moment.
"Let us make this clear, we did not even want to lose Martinez, but the figures for the transfer fee were going to such heights that anyone in football knows how it works then.
"We had to let him go. But we still have massive ambitions at Ajax. We play in the Champions League and we can't afford to let go of six key players."
Hamstra's stance has reportedly angered Antony, who is a reported target for United after scoring 12 goals and registering eight assists across 33 appearances for Ajax last season.
