Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been quoted €40m (£35.1m) to sign Brentford goalkeeper David Raya this summer.
The Spain international is only contracted to the Bees until the end of next season and is not believed to be willing to sign an extension.
Raya previously hinted that he would be open to an exit from the Gtech Community Stadium, as the 27-year-old seeks to fulfil his ambition of playing European football.
Man United and Tottenham have seemingly emerged as the two leading contenders to sign Raya, while Chelsea have also been linked with a summer swoop.
Clubs in La Liga are also rumoured to be monitoring developments, and despite his contract situation, Brentford will not be bullied into selling on the cheap.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, a fee of €40m (£35.1m) will be required to prise Raya away from Brentford, and the goalkeeper has no plans to sign a new deal in the English capital.
Such a price tag would prove affordable for Man United and Spurs, who are on the hunt for successors to David de Gea and Hugo Lloris respectively.
Raya spent seven years with Blackburn Rovers between 2012 and 2019 before making the move to Brentford, helping the Bees earn promotion to the Premier League for the first time in their history in 2020-21.
The former Cornella youngster has kept 51 clean sheets in 153 competitive outings for Thomas Frank's side, including nine shut-outs from 30 Premier League games this season.
Raya's exploits in the Premier League earned him a call-up to the Spain squad for the 2022 World Cup, but he was an unused substitute throughout the tournament as La Roja were eliminated in the last 16.

Man United number one De Gea could walk away from Old Trafford as a free agent this summer, and his future has been a hotly-debated topic for a couple of years now.
The 32-year-old, who is said to earn a club-high £375,000 per week, has reportedly rejected an extension which would significantly slash his salary, but the Red Devils are not giving up hope of tying him down to fresh terms.
De Gea affirmed last month that he remains "very happy" in Manchester, but the Red Devils have been linked with numerous other shot-stoppers, including Giorgi Mamardashvili, Bart Verbruggen and Gregor Kobel.
Meanwhile, Tottenham stalwart Lloris is under contract in North London until the end of next season, but he is unlikely to stick around for longer given his decline in performances this season.
Man United's Dean Henderson, currently on loan at Nottingham Forest, has reportedly emerged as a target to replace Lloris, but ex-Arsenal man Emiliano Martinez has ruled out an exit from Aston Villa amid links with a move to Spurs.
