Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has paid tribute to Park Ji-Sung after the South Korean made the move to Queens Park Rangers.

The 31-year-old signed a two-year deal with the R's on Monday, and Ferguson has branded the midfielder "the ultimate professional".

"He is the ultimate professional and such a nice lad. He never let us down on the big occasions. Unfortunately, I just couldn't give him the number of games he wanted," he told reporters.

Park spent seven years at Old Trafford.
