Manchester City are willing to offer Sergio Ramos a two-year contract should he depart Real Madrid when his deal expires, according to a report.

Manchester City are reportedly preparing a two-year contract offer for Real Madrid centre-back Sergio Ramos.

The 35-year-old's contract situation at the Bernabeu remains unresolved, meaning that as it stands he has played his final game for the club and will become a free agent on June 30.

Ramos has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League as the time ticks on his Blancos deal, with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur also credited with an interest.

Now, ESPN claims that City boss Pep Guardiola is a keen admirer of Ramos's leadership and experience, and the club are willing to offer the defender a two-year deal this summer.

The report adds that Ramos is still keen to extend his Madrid contract by another two years, but the La Liga giants are not willing to budge on their one-year policy for players over 30.

Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested in a deal for Ramos, who has been left out of Spain's Euro 2020 squad following an injury-hit season.
