Manchester United could reportedly reignite their interest in Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr during this summer's transfer window.
The 23-year-old was strongly linked with the Red Devils last year, and the Championship club's former technical director Filippo Giraldi has claimed that Man United came "extremely close" to signing the forward.
Sarr has scored nine times and registered nine assists in 33 Championship appearances this season and is likely to be on the move this summer even if the Hornets secure a return to the Premier League.
According to The Express, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side could target Sarr if they manage to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland in the upcoming market.
The report claims that Jadon Sancho is still on the club's radar, but the 20-time English champions would not be able to sign both the England international and Haaland from BVB in the same window.
Sarr, who is also believed to be of interest to Liverpool, scored five times and registered six assists in 28 Premier League appearances for Watford during the 2019-20 campaign.
