Real Madrid could reportedly attempt to bring Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling to the Bernabeu during this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old has again been in impressive form for the English champions during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring 20 goals and contributing seven assists in 39 appearances in all competitions.
The England international has a contract at the Etihad Stadium until June 2023, but there have been suggestions that he could look to move on this summer if the club are unable to overturn their two-season Champions League suspension.
According to reports in Spain, Madrid are keeping a close eye on the developments surrounding City's appeal, and Zinedine Zidane's side will consider a summer move for Sterling if the opportunity arises.
The former Liverpool youngster has not scored a league goal for Pep Guardiola's side in 2020 but has been excellent in the Champions League, netting five goals and providing four assists in seven outings.
Manchester United have also recently been linked with the Englishman.
