Middlesbrough will aim to keep their winning run flowing, while Crystal Palace are desperate to climb up from the bottom of the table when the two sides meet this weekend.

Middlesbrough could secure two consecutive victories this week if they manage to clinch all three points from Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Tony Mowbray's side play host to their fellow Championship side this weekend following a thrilling 3-2 win over Burnley on Tuesday evening.

Palace boss Dougie Freedman will be hoping for a better outcome this weekend after enduring a 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Bristol City earlier this week.

The Boro are likely to start with Chelsea loan signing Josh McEachran, who moved to the club last week, along with midfield partner Merouane Zemmama, who could replace Emmanuel Ledesma.

Meanwhile, the Eagles, who currently sit at the bottom of the Championship table, are expected to line up with Wilfried Zaha, who attracted Premier League interest last season.

Middlesbrough: Steele; Hoyte, Friend, Williams, Reach; Woodgate, Leadbitter, Bailey, Ledesma, McEachran; Main

Crystal Palace: Speroni; Ward, Martin, Moxey, Ramage; Parr, Dikgacoi, Garvan, Jedinak; Zaha, Wilbraham

Sports Mole says: 2-1
